Commencing in August 2014
we are looking for an enthusiastic violin teacher.
Work includes
1) Individual lessons following the Suzuki method.
2) Assistance in school class group teaching (classes 1 to 6)
3) Developing a violin group for children at Kindergarten age.
4) Participation in workshops , courses and tours with the Junge Camerata Academica.
We can offer
- Employment paid on an hourly basis with work at present in the region of 20 hours per week.
- The projects with violin class groups can be expanded.
- There is also the possibility of training or advancing Suzuki training with our institution based in Kiel.
We expect
- A music college diploma or equivalent as a violinist.
- A completed qualification as a Suzuki teacher, or alternatively the commitment to undergoing this training in Kiel.
- Teaching experience.
- Motivation and interest in working together in a team.
