The Situation in Europe

The European Office for Harmonization has decided on November 12, 2014, (reference number 000007149C)
to delete the ISA “SUZUKI” trademark for the following musical, educational and instructional services (Class 41) because
the International Suzuki Association (ISA) had not used the trademark “SUZUKI” for these activities.

In plain language,

this means that neither the European Suzuki Association (ESA) nor the International Suzuki Association (ISA)
have the right to prohibit free usage of the term “SUZUKI” in connection with musical educational services
in Germany and throughout Europe.

Any indication to the contrary is false.
